Moved and question where to find freelance jobs

and settling down with that as my final name.

Also been meaning to ask, what are the best places to find freelance jobs? I know of Concept Art, Gamasutra, Game Artisans and that's about it.

I'm trying to help my partner find a few gigs to help him save up for school.
