Its full size because people BEAT ME when I resize things. So this is the bigness i drew it at.
The nice people at 4chan helped me alot with this- Also flipping an image will show like most of the immediate flaws that helped me alot

Her sleeves are infused with ghost tails so it gives off a billowing transperant look....and her wing is chained to her jacket.
Drawn in Painter 9. And eurgh I wish I had abode photoshop Painter saves eveything all blurred and greasy. Photoshop is like super crispyness.
